在2025年四月初,Amgalan Chin 漫步在景迈芒景村雾气弥漫的小径上。古树茶 — 有些超过两百岁 — 正吐露初萌的嫩芽。凭借从蒙古草原到云南茶林的多年跨地区经验,Amgalan 直接与第四代布朗家族合作,从一片五英亩的单一茶园中选采茶菁。海拔约 1,300 公尺,加上古老的红色土壤,赋予茶叶鲜明的花香基调。

这家族以传统方式处理茶叶:在竹席上日晒萎凋、柴火炒锅杀青、手工揉捻、日晒干燥三天,最后石模压制成 357 克茶饼。压制刻意轻柔,使茶叶在冲泡时能迅速舒展,并促进中期陈化。Amgalan 指出,景迈茶叶若储藏在干燥温暖的环境中,三至五年后会发展出更浓郁的蜜韵。

这次压制量极少 — 只制成二十公斤。一半茶饼保留给 tea.school 上「精通普洱陈化」课程的 Amgalan 学生;其余在此提供。每一饼都承载着芒景宁静而从容的风貌 — 一款适合慢泡、耐心储藏的茶。
