在2025年四月初,Amgalan Chin 漫步在景邁芒景村霧氣瀰漫的小徑上。古樹茶 — 有些超過兩百歲 — 正吐露初萌的嫩芽。憑藉從蒙古草原到雲南茶林的多年跨地區經驗,Amgalan 直接與第四代布朗家族合作,從一片五英畝的單一茶園中選採茶菁。海拔約 1,300 公尺,加上古老的紅色土壤,賦予茶葉鮮明的花香基調。

這家族以傳統方式處理茶葉:在竹蓆上日曬萎凋、柴火炒鍋殺青、手工揉捻、日曬乾燥三天,最後石模壓製成 357 克茶餅。壓製刻意輕柔,使茶葉在沖泡時能迅速舒展,並促進中期陳化。Amgalan 指出,景邁茶葉若儲藏在乾燥溫暖的環境中,三至五年後會發展出更濃郁的蜜韻。

這次壓製量極少 — 只製成二十公斤。一半茶餅保留給 tea.school 上「精通普洱陳化」課程的 Amgalan 學生;其餘在此提供。每一餅都承載著芒景寧靜而從容的風貌 — 一款適合慢泡、耐心儲藏的茶。
