從賀開的古茶園到您的茶杯

Amgalan Chin 最初是在 2018 年探索布朗山偏遠村寨時遇見賀開的。這裡海拔 1,700 公尺,古茶樹樹齡超過三百年,讓他印象難忘。2025 年春天,他回到了同一片精心維護的茶園。收成期間乾燥溫暖的天氣濃縮了茶芽中的芳香油,造就了這批格外香氣洋溢的茶葉。

他親自把關製程:清晨手工採摘一芽二葉、在陰涼處短暫萎凋軟化葉片、高溫炒青鎖住明亮個性、揉捻塑形後進行蒸壓。毛茶運至勐海,以石磨壓製成 357 克的茶餅——經典的陳化形式。

從烏蘭烏德到伊爾庫茨克,Amgalan 曾主導多個陳化專案,深知茶葉的轉化軌跡。這款 2025 年賀開茶,骨幹強健、甜感深沉,是窖藏的絕佳基礎。現飲已是享受——蜜甜花香、一絲煙燻氣息、回甘迅速的 huigan——而其飽滿的茶氣則預示著未來數十年的優雅醇化。底層的礦物質感,正是布朗山典型片岩與砂岩土壤的語言。

The leaf, brewed

Structured and aromatic with a honeyed florality and gentle *kuwei*

dry leaf

Dark green, silver-tipped twisted leaves, tightly compressed. Aroma of warm hay, dried apricot, and a whisper of smoke.

wet leaf

Leaves unfurl to uniform olive-bronze, releasing scents of steamed grain, wild orchid, and damp forest floor.

liquor

Bright pale gold with a greenish rim, crystal clear after the first infusion.

aroma

White peach, melon rind, and toasted rice, lifted by a cooling menthol note.

taste

Moderate bitterness arrives first, then quickly pivots to a succulent stone-fruit sweetness with a creamy mouthfeel. Cantaloupe and honey emerge mid-palate.

finish

Lingering *huigan*, soft astringency, and a refreshing coolness in the throat — the aftertaste is long, clean, and minerally.
