来自 Amgalan Chin 茶仓的基准之作

Amgalan Chin 在 2008 年前往勐海的研究旅行中,首次品鉴了 7592 配方。该配方诞生于 1975 年的大益茶厂,最初是设计为 7572 更经济的替代品,采用稍大、等级稍低(9 级)的叶片。但 Amgalan 却看出了不同:较粗的叶片材料提供了更温和、更圆润的茶汤,即使在他于乌兰巴托维护的北方干燥茶仓中,也能优雅陈化。十五年间,他直接从大益的认证生产线取得这款茶饼,确保每批都符合他对干净发酵与正确存放的标准。

2023 年的压制承接传统:来自勐海地区的大叶种晒青毛茶经过精准的湿堆发酵(wò duī),随后进行三个月的静置以散去堆味。然后以石压成形,成为 357 克茶饼,并包裹上标志性的大益棉纸。Amgalan 指出,2023 年的春茶采收降雨量均衡,使得叶片具备良好的甜味潜力。他的品鉴日志显示,早期转化良好——口感已相当顺滑,并在一年内呈现出愉悦的樟香。
