昆明发现,莫斯科的耐心

Amgalan Chin 在 2015 年于云南的寻茶之旅中首次遇见这款茶。这饼 2013 年景迈茶由家族经营的生产者存放在昆明一间小仓库中,当时刚压制完成,在自然干燥条件下平稳转化。原料来自澜沧江保护区深处的古茶树 — 高海拔、从未使用农化药物的生物多样性森林。Amgalan 立即认出这茶的纯净:叶片完整、制程干净,且拥有为长期陈化而生的结构。他购入此批茶的一部分,先置于莫斯科的温湿度控制仓储,后来再移入专门的茶窖中。接下来的十年间,他每年品鉴,追踪其转化历程。缓慢、凉爽的仓储环境保存了茶的花香调性,同时磨圆了年轻的锐气。如今迈入第十一年,已达到 Amgalan 所谓的「甜蜜点」 — 一款完整转化的生普,依旧带着景迈明亮的蜜香印记,但增添了唯有时间能赋予的深度与沉静。这饼茶是跨地域用心照护的证明:云南的古树,由一位衔接西伯利亚寒冬与亚热带春光的大师所形塑。
