大勐地山砖,沿古老商路迢迢而来

2024 年初春,Amgalan Chin 前往勐宋的大勐地村,循着昔日茶马古道的一部分前行。他与当地一个家族已合作数年,不时交流云南与俄罗斯草原之间的陈化与仓储知识。这批茶来自一座中海拔的小茶园,晨雾久留,延缓了叶片发育,让甜味更集中。采茶人从树龄三十年的茶树上取下一芽二叶,茶叶当日便完成加工 — 手工锅炒、轻柔揉捻,再于四月阳光下晒干。Amgalan 选择 200 克茶砖的压制方式以减缓陈化速度,希望既能保有细致花香,又能逐步累积韵味。他形容这款茶是「宁静」的 — 一款缓慢、从容的生茶,值得耐心等待。在他乌兰巴托的茶仓中,有几块茶砖将与更早期的勐宋紧压茶一同陈放,作为长期观察同一座山在不同年份中如何演变的记录。
