大勐地山磚,沿古老商路迢迢而來

2024 年初春,Amgalan Chin 前往勐宋的大勐地村,循著昔日茶馬古道的一部分前行。他與當地一個家族已合作數年,不時交流雲南與俄羅斯草原之間的陳化與倉儲知識。這批茶來自一座中海拔的小茶園,晨霧久留,延緩了葉片發育,讓甜味更集中。採茶人從樹齡三十年的茶樹上取下一芽二葉,茶葉當日便完成加工 — 手工鍋炒、輕柔揉捻,再於四月陽光下曬乾。Amgalan 選擇 200 克茶磚的壓製方式以減緩陳化速度,希望既能保有細緻花香,又能逐步累積韻味。他形容這款茶是「寧靜」的 — 一款緩慢、從容的生茶,值得耐心等待。在他烏蘭巴托的茶倉中,有幾塊茶磚將與更早期的勐宋緊壓茶一同陳放,作為長期觀察同一座山在不同年份中如何演變的記錄。
