从易武麻黑村到您杯中

我在2019年秋季初次走访麻黑的古老茶园。这座村庄深藏于易武群山之中,四周环绕着樟木林与从未施用过化学肥料的古茶树林。2024年的春茶产量丰厚 —— 经历了一个温和冬季后,茶叶饱满丰沛。我直接与一个三代制茶家族合作,他们仅在清明节前采摘,确保茶叶的甜度达到最佳。

为何是100克小饼?多年来我带着357克的标准茶饼跨国奔波,但许多茶友 —— 无论在莫斯科、乌兰巴托或纽约 —— 都想体验一个地方的风味,而无需购入一整饼。这款小规格保有同样的压制品质,同样的茶菁等级,只是重量较轻。它非常适合日常品饮,或作为旅伴随身携带。

每一饼茶都是在小型作坊中缓慢石压成型,保留了芽头与麻黑细长叶片的全貌。成品是一款体现易武标志性柔和的生普 —— 果香突出却不失沉稳,蜜甜的回甘如轻柔旋律般萦绕。我自己也存放了几饼;在干燥通风的环境下陈放两到三年,杏香会更加深邃,樟香也会更充分地展现。现在,请新鲜品饮,并见证它的蜕变。
